Chronology of my new diet..

This morning gotta take the product.Before that weighed = 60.7kg

After getting 2 boxes of the product, I decided to take note what kind of food I had daily..

1st day ( i really feel thirsty at all time but, it's not hard for me as I'm used to drink a lot of water before taking this..This time I had to take more as it makes my tongue craving for water every seconds!!!)
Morning:

Just drink a glass of plain water as I always did daily since last yr..and a sip of yogurt
drink I bought.

Lunch:
Rice+ asam pedas ikan kembong+ fried tauhu.
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
1 cheese frankfurter + cauliflower+ shitake mushroom


2nd day
( When I woke up, I felt my stomach really hurt, wanna poo2 but abit only, and headache a bit)

Morning:

Just drink a glass of plain water
Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Lunch:
Rice+ fried chicken (don't eat the skin,ok..)+ tauhu.
Plain water

Dinner:
Drink hot chocolate only + a sip of yogurt drink..


3rd day ( When I woke up, I felt my stomach wanna go toilet..poo2 a bit (like normal), no more headache)
Morning:

Just drink a glass of plain water + a sip of yogurt drink

Lunch:
Rice+ fried chicken (don't eat the skin, ok..)+ tauhu.
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water with a sip of yogurt drink
Drink hot chocolate


4th day ( When I woke up, I felt my stomach wanna go toilet..poo2 a bit (like normal)

Morning:
Just drink a glass of plain water + a sip of yogurt drink

Lunch:
Rice+ Tempe kacang plus potato + sambal + fried fish
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water with a sip of yogurt drink
Drink hot chocolate


5th day ( When I woke up, I felt my stomach wanna go toilet..poo2 2 times..)

Morning:
Just drink a glass of plain water + a few sip of yogurt drink

Lunch:
Spaghetti 2 times tambah...sedap ooo Kak Mazni buat
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water with a sip of yogurt drink
Drink hot chocolate


6th
day ( When I woke up, I felt my stomach hurt, go toilet..poo2 2 times..)

Morning:
Just drink a glass of plain water + a few sip of yogurt drink

Tidy up my room (sweat a lot..)

Lunch:

Portuguese grill
Plain water

Poo2 2 times around 6-7pm
Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Few watermelon + rock melon
Plain water

Drink hot chocolate + whole grain tuna sandwich


7th day ( When I woke up, I felt my stomach hurt, go toilet..poo2 2 times..)

Morning:
Just drink a glass of plain water + wholegrain tuna sandwich

Lunch:

Porridge
Plain water
rock melon
Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water
Drink hot chocolate + 2 whole grain tuna sandwich


8th day ( When I woke up, I felt my stomach hurt, go toilet..poo2 1 times..)

Morning:
Drink a glass of plain water + wholegrain tuna sandwich

Lunch:

Rice+ fried chicken+ vege soup
Plain water
rock melon

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water
Drink hot chocolate + 2 pcs whole grain tuna sandwich


9th
day ( When I woke up, I felt my stomach hurt, go toilet..poo2 1 times..)

Morning:
Porridge (early morning)
Drink a glass of plain water + 2pcs wholegrain tuna sandwich

Lunch:

Old Town Prawn Mee/hoon
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water
Drink hot chocolate + whole grain tuna sandwich


10th
day ( When I woke up, I felt my stomach hurt, go toilet..poo2 1 times..)

Morning:
Drink a glass of plain water + 2pcs wholegrain tuna sandwich

Lunch:

Rice+ Chicken + vege
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water
Drink hot chocolate + whole grain bread


11th day ( When I woke up, I felt my stomach hurt, go toilet..poo2 1 times..)
Weight : 58.8kg

Morning:
Drink a glass of plain water + milo+ 2pcs wholegrain bread

Lunch:

Rice+ Chicken + vege
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water
Drink milo+ 2 egg whole grain sandwich
Fruits


12th day ( poo2 2 times..)


Morning:
Drink a glass of plain water + milo+ 1 1/4pcs egg wholegrain bread

Lunch:

Rice+ fish curry + tempe
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water
Drink milo
Fruits


13th day ( poo2 2 times..)

Morning:
Drink a glass of plain water + 3 /4pcs egg wholegrain bread

Lunch:

Porridge
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water
Drink milo
Fruits
Porridge


14th day ( poo2 1 times..)

Morning:
Drink a glass of plain water + 1 /4pcs egg wholegrain bread

Lunch:

Rice + egg tofu + beef
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 20 mins

Dinner:
Plain water
Drink milo

15th day ( poo2 1 times..)

Morning:
Drink a glass of plain water

Lunch: 1 st day period
Rice + fish curry + beef
Plain water

Exercise aerobic 5 mins

Dinner:
Plain water
Drink milo



New diet???

Today is the first day I'm taking a product..natural ingredients of course..
But a bit expensive, a bit expensive that my previous one I took..
Gonna see whether it works or not..
Coz frm all testimonials say can loose more kg faster without yoyo effect...
Will update the results later...
Hopefully this is the product I'm looking for...
God, help me!!!

Busy..busy...

Now appoximately gonna be 2plus years of study..Scholarship gonna end soon...Better be fast..
But what I really hate the machine always not in good condition..how!!!!
Anyway, be strong..U can do it..
